Real Estate Rental Law No. 35 of 1978, as amended

Yes. Our team moves your properties, units, leases and tenants from Excel files or your current system and reviews every record, as part of the setup fee.
Subscription agreement
Clear terms before you sign
A summary of the Tahseel subscription agreement with Tocaan General Trading Co. The signed Arabic contract is the binding reference.
1 Scope
The provider grants the client the right to use the Tahseel property and lease management system as a cloud service (SaaS), under a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the term of the agreement.
2 Ownership and usage rights
Tahseel and all its components — source code, designs, interfaces, databases and trademarks — are the exclusive intellectual property of Tocaan General Trading Co. The client receives a right of use only, for a fee set by the company, with no ownership, partnership or assignment rights; copying, modifying, renting or providing the system to third parties is prohibited.
3 Fees
A one-time setup and installation fee of USD 799 payable on signing, plus a monthly subscription based on the chosen plan and the number of units managed. If the plan's unit limit is exceeded, the subscription moves to the next plan from the following month.
4 Included services
Unlimited users, contracts and property listings, automatic in-app notifications, daily backups, SSL-encrypted connections, 24/7 email support, and future updates at no extra cost.
5 Excluded services
SMS bundles, SMS and WhatsApp gateway integration, and the API integration service at USD 79 per month. These are requested in writing and billed separately.
6 Term, renewal and payment
The agreement runs for one calendar year from activation and renews automatically for equal periods unless either party gives written notice thirty days before expiry. Subscriptions are paid in advance, and the provider may suspend service after fifteen days of late payment.
7 Service level and support
The provider guarantees at least 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding announced scheduled maintenance, and completes setup, data migration and team training within 72 hours of receiving the client's complete data.
8 Data ownership and confidentiality
All data entered remains the client's exclusive property, and the client may export a full copy at any time. The provider keeps all data strictly confidential and shares nothing with third parties except by court order; the client keeps login credentials confidential and is responsible for use of its accounts.
9 Suspension and misuse
The provider may take appropriate action — including suspending services, disabling access and deleting data — if (a) the subscription ends without renewal or payment three days after expiry, or (b) the system is misused or the terms are breached, after prior written notice, with no liability for data loss once the notice period has passed.
10 Termination and governing law
Either party may terminate with thirty days' written notice, and the client receives a full copy of its data within one week of termination. The agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
